What to include
Whatever your deal needs: who’s involved, what each person is agreeing to do, any money and when, any dates, and what happens if something changes. The builder asks about the parts that matter for your specific situation.

Describe the agreement in a sentence or two, review the draft together, and both e-sign — each keeping a copy.
